Bucaan Community House operates an unfunded Learn to Drive programme.  The programme assists eligible community members to access a car and a driver.  Access to the programme assists participants to gain their hours towards their provisional licence.

We also offer demonstrations on how to install a child seat.

Full Gear Rider is an initiative by and for young motorcyclists between 16 and 24 and is run in conjunction with Glenorchy City Council.

It’s aimed at reducing risk-taking behaviours for motorcycle riders while reminding them to stay visible, be predictable, and ride to the conditions.
